Everclear roared out of Portland as one of that city's first major-label signings. Capitol re-released World of Noise, which the band had made for T/K Records, and decided to spring for a video as well.

We shot on a farm in Snohomish, Washington. Craig Eklund had become the new drummer by this time. Art's least favorite part of the experience was being stuck on the end of a crane and swung over a giant mountain of tires.

This is a strange one, with a good eerie mood to it.
