Seattle Symphony
"Les Paul or Strat?"/ "It Was Amazing"

Crossroads Films

Seattle ad agency Cole & Weber wanted a series of realistic, documentary-style public service spots where Seattle rock bands talk about the Seattle Symphony as though it's a fellow band.

We started calling around, and everyone liked the joke. Members of Mudhoney, The Presidents of The United States of America, Gas Huffer, The Supersuckers, Goodness, Critters Buggin', and Pluto Boy (as well as Sub Pop Records co-founder Jonathan Poneman) showed up and bullshitted to their hearts' content. We got five great 30-second spots out of it. My sincere thanks to everyone who played along.
